Whether it is about acute and concrete conflicts or improving collegial, successful cooperation: Supervision has established itself as a method for analytical-perspective reflection.
Regular, professional supervision can e.g. B. help to resolve an escalated (serious) conflict. Structurally weak teams can improve their cooperation. Professional advice can be offered when employees are to be motivated to discuss problems, to accentuate issues and to remove obstacles to communication.
In other words: Supervision can clarify the work in the team by means of an overarching, specifically set goal and gather the employees for a common task.

We are supervised by experienced supervisors. People who make use of supervision are supervisees (see also coach / coachee and consultants / clients). Supervisors in economic supervision can be employees as well as executives up to top management. As supervisors for commercial enterprises, we have extensive expertise in systemic consulting in the context of organizational psychology, group dynamics and marketing.
The result of well-managed supervision can be read from the group dynamic process. A conflict that has already escalated can be resolved through supervision. The obvious conflict that everyone has (understandably) wanted to ignore so far comes in communication. The supervising accompaniment of the individual persons brings both the technical skills in communication and the concerns.
Experience with professional supervision shows that resources are strengthened, job satisfaction increases and sickness levels decrease. These results are possible because supervision creates an outside perspective (meta perspective) for all those involved. The focus is no longer on person A who has a problem with B. The focus is on the quality of interaction in teams and organizations.
Our supervisees come from Frankfurt, Offenbach, Eschborn, Wiesbaden, Bad Homburg, Hanau and other places up to approx. 50 km around Frankfurt. Upon request, we can also hold the supervision meetings in the rooms of our clients. Whole or half supervision days in the form of workshops with special topics are ideal for appointments away from home. It is explained in a few words why we also work with supervision where others think that only psychotherapy can help. In psychotherapy, the rules and roles are usually tightly specified: here the “knowing” therapist – there the deficient patient who should learn the “correct” behavior from the therapist in order to get along in life. To make matters worse, you often have to wait weeks or months for a place in psychotherapy. This also worsens the conditions for recovery. That is why we do not offer therapy, but supervision. The center of attention at the center for supervision is the competence of the clients.
